Appointment attendance
The listed price covers both donors at one appointment. If a second appointment is needed, a $75 surcharge applies. Please schedule the second appointment for the same day to help maintain the 2–3 business-day turnaround.

Appointment location and hours
In-office appointments are Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m. at 325 Washington St, Suite 303, Waukegan, Illinois 60085. After-hours appointments are available; additional fees apply.
What this test tells you
A paternity test compares DNA profiles to assess whether a tested person is the biological parent of a child. A maternity test applies the same kind of comparison to assess a biological maternity relationship. At the in-office appointment, samples are collected by a professional and sent for laboratory analysis. This in-office option is suited to customers who can visit the Waukegan location.
